Course Reserves

Course Reserves

The Library’s Course Reserves include materials designated by instructors as course-related reading, viewing, or listening. Physical items can be requested by students at the circulation desk and borrowed in 2-hour increments. Placing items in Course Reserves allows key resources to be available to your students throughout the term.

How to place material(s) on course reserve:

Option 1: Visit the Library in person to pull materials and submit at the library Front Desk.

Option 2: Fill out the course reserves request form.

Instructor provided material: i.e. book, book chapter, DVD, photocopy of an article. Please drop off materials at the Library, send via email as a PDF, or submit citation details via the request form. Clearly label course and citation details on all items. Refer to copyright and fair dealing guidelines before submitting materials. For further details, please contact library@auarts.ca

Once processed, all course reserve materials will be discoverable in Primo and/or located behind the Front Desk.
